IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING THE WORLDWIDE COVID-19 SITUATION:
Summary August 21: Standard Airmail through Thailand Post is available to the following countries: Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bhutan, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, South-Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand (EMS), Turkey and United Kingdom.
Economy Airmail is currently not available to any country and orders will NOT be sent until it`s available again, when the buyer chose this method!
The following countries are available through DHL Global Mail: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Australia*, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, North Macedonia, Oman, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine and United States.
*Due to a much higher shipping cost, only orders where shipping through DHL is chosen can be sent. Orders made in April and May can`t be sent yet unless the buyer pay the additional shipping cost.
There is currently no available shipping methods to these countries: Cambodia, Chile, El Salvador, India, Israel, Laos, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Update August 20: Thailand Post`s ePacket is now available to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bhutan, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom and Vietnam. This is a new, faster shipping method for shipments up to 2 kilos (UK up to 5 kilos). It`s also value for money to most countries. Shipping time is said to be only approx 3-9 days during normal times. Due to Covid-19 it takes approx 8-15 days (Canada more). Until further notice this option is only visible to logged in users, so register an account at our store if you haven`t already. More countries to follow.

Update July 16: Standard airmail is now available to Argentina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Mexico, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey.

Update July 7: DHL Global Mail is now available again to Canada and Japan. Be aware that the shippingtime to Canada might be 1-2 months, and that online tracking might not be available until after delivery. DHL only bring the shipments to Canada, so Canada Post will deliver them.
Shippingtime to Japan is said to be approx 2-3 weeks.

Update July 1: The ban on arriving international passenger flights ended last night, so more flights will soon be available to bring cargo from Thailand. There are still several restrictions for arriving flights, so it will take some days to see which airlines who will resume flying, from when and from/to which countries. We expect an update on available shipping methods from both Thailand Post and DHL Global Mail shortly after July 4-7, which are national holidays. We can`t send any orders during those 4 days.

Update June 18: More countries and shipping methods will be available again within the next 2 weeks, but no details yet. Be aware that shipping times might be longer now than it normally would as there are less flights available both from Thailand and around the world.

Update June 9: DHL Global Mail will be available to Ireland and Slovenia from tomorrow.
New Zealand will also be available, but as with Australia and Norway, at very different price than Thailand Post, so we are not able to ship already made orders yet.

Update June 1: Standard airmail is again available from Thailand Post to the following countries (from tomorrow): Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and United Kingdom. Economy airmail is still not available.
There are still no available shipping methods to Canada, Ireland, Japan and New Zealand, neither from Thailand Post or DHL Global Mail.
DHL Global Mail to Australia and Norway is available, but at a very different price than Thailand Post.

Airmail to Sweden is available again, but not economy airmail (SAL), so new orders will have standard airmail until SAL is available again. Faster, but a higher cost.

UPDATE APRIL 1: Airmail shipping to all countries except China are now unavailable due to no available flights, closed airports and various restrictions around the world. All orders will ship as soon as planes are back in the air. Deliveries to some countries will most likely take more time to resume than others. Please follow this page for updates.
