All orders are shipped registered (with trackingnumber) from Thailand. We use standard airmail and ePacket from Thailand Post.
ePacket is normally a faster option, but it might take the approx same time as standard airmail.

Orders will normally ship within 3 working days, and we will send you the tracking number on or near the shipping date. It might take a bit longer in busy periods, and around holidays etc.

You can track the shipment through the postal service in YOUR country, but maybe NOT until it`s arrived in your country AND registered online there. Some shipments might not be registered online, or updated, in your country until after delivery.

Items listed as “Backorder” will normally be available within 5-10 working days after an order has been made, but we have more than 17,000 different items, so in some cases it take more time. If it take a while, you can then get another item, or a refund, if you don`t want to wait.

You will always get several emails from us after you have made an order: First you will get an order confirmation with all the info you need. When your order has been sent you will first get an email with the tracking number, and then you will get a final email telling you that the order has been sent, which will also include all the info you need. If you pay through Paypal, then you will also get an email from them.
Please note: Your order may split into two or more shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.

ePacket is shipments up to 2 kilos (UK and US up to 5 kilos). Shipping time is said to be approx 7-20 days during normal times. Registered airmail is now only available for shipments above 2 kilos.
